Our Carpentry & Joinery course at Kolping Educational Training Centre (KVTC) prepares students to become master woodworkers and furniture fabricators. Trainees spend 70% of their time operating industrial woodworking machinery, reading architectural blueprints, and crafting high-grade hardwood fittings.
KVTC maintains direct links with commercial building contractors, timber yards, and interior design firms across Kenya. Every trainee completes a mandatory 3-month industrial attachment.
Graduates also have the opportunity to join the Kolping Furniture Production Unit, crafting custom office boardrooms, church pews, and school desks.
