The Catering & Hospitality Services course at KVTC prepares trainees for high-demand roles in commercial kitchens, hotels, conference centers, and event catering firms. Students spend 70% of their training preparing continental and traditional Kenyan cuisines, baking, managing beverage service, and practicing food safety hygiene.
Catering students gain real-world experience assisting head chefs at the Lang'ata Conference Centre during corporate banquets and outdoor wedding receptions.
