Kolping guesthouse was sponsored by Kolping International, a lay Christian organization based in Germany, which forms a world-wide network with over 450,000 members in more than 60 countries. Within the association, the members actively participate in a socially just transformation of society.
The organization is named after the Catholic priest Adolph Kolping who founded Journeymen Associations in the 19th century to combat the misery of young crafts journeymen in the era of industrialization. He is co-founder of the Catholic Social Teaching, which has been the basis for the work of KOLPING INTERNATIONAL until today.

Kolping Guest House Nairobi is an ideal home situated about 5 kilometers away from the City Centre and 15 kilometers from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. It is located in the serene area of Kilimani, within Adams Arcade, on Ndemi Road, off Ngong Road Nairobi, Kenya. The guesthouse enjoys proximity to international organizations, shopping malls, cinema halls and an array of popular restaurants.
The facility incorporates a beautiful lounge which has a fireplace for those cold nights. It can also be used as a small library as is has a wide variety of books in different languages. To catch up with what’s going on in the country and the world at large, there is a daily newspaper available and an LCD TV with local and international channels.
Our cuisine is Kenyan and international and features, salads,steaks, grills, fish, a vegetarian selections, amazing desserts and Kenyan teas and coffee all served in a cozy setting with an easy going ambience. The guesthouse offers a wide variety of local beers and fresh fruit juices. Our dining is open to both outside diners as well as in-house guests.

Other services include personal laundry done at reasonable rates, Wi-Fi internet connectivity in every room, express check-in, check-out, airport transfers and taxi-services available, late check-out when available.
The Guest House offers comfortable rooms; self contained private rooms and rooms with bunk beds for 4 persons, all with tiled bathrooms and a hot shower. The bunk rooms/Dorm rooms are perfectly suitable for groups and students with limited budget. The rooms can fit 4, 5 or 6 people.
Each room is equipped with a work desk and high speed wireless broadband internet and satellite TV with local and international channels.
The rates include bed and breakfast and all taxes.
Children below 12 years will pay half the rate of accommodation if sharing with parents. Children above 12 years in own room will pay the adult rate of accommodation.
Early check in may be arranged depending on room availability.Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Reservations are confirmed by paying 50% deposit. The balance should be paid in full upon arrival. Walk-in guests pay in full upon arrival for their entire stay.
All cancellations must be received at least within 72 business hours before check-in. cancellations must either be in writing, fax or through email.
